How to Handle the Commanders and 49ers RBs after the Brian Robinson Jr. Trade

Christian McCaffrey:

For me, there is no change for McCaffrey. He is still a top RB and should be a mid-first round pick. The idea that bringing in BRob changes that feels off. I don’t think CMC loses any work to Robinson that he wouldn’t be already in line to “lose” to Guerendo and company.

McCaffrey has RB1 upside and could end up being the steal of the first round in the pick 6-8 range. Don’t let the fact that Robinson used to be a starter change your opinion on the 49ers’ star RB and focal point of the offense.
